WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

Most home-buying companies only offer one way to help the seller: cash offer.

If the numbers don’t work for them for a cash offer, they simply won’t help you.

We don’t operate that way.

When you submit your property's details, they are reviewed carefully — and depending on what we find, we may present an all-cash offer, or something more creative that still solves your problem.

If none of our offers feel right, our owner, who is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, can always list your property on the MLS if you feel that might be a better fit.

HI THERE, I’M WALT CAREY

I’ve been involved in the real estate business since 1997.

I’ve bought and sold properties in multiple states using many different methods over the years and am still doing it today.

I am a retired attorney who served my country in the employment of the U.S. Government. I have supported our troops in the Mideast and around the world in the war on terrorism and the protection of our country. In my last position prior to retirement, I served those who served America working at the VA Hospital in Durham, NC. I love my country and during my federal career was honored to serve our troops and later our veterans. 

Also, I am a licensed real estate broker here in North Carolina and have been for over 24 years. My license number is 195485.

My combination of service, integrity, and real estate experience is exactly what I bring to every client I work with, and I'd be honored to be the one who helps guide you through finding the right solution for property.
